- 600 grams Roast beef (in slices)
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 100 grams Chickpea sprouts
- 100 grams Strawberries
- fresh Seeds (food group) (as desired)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Fresh herbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 50 grams Whipped cream
Preparation steps
1.
Separate salad leaves, rinse, trim and spin dry.

Brush strawberries, rinse, pat dry and cut into slices.
3.
Chickpea sprouts of more than roar.
4.
Combine vinegar, mustard, oil, sugar, cream and herbs for a dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Distribute roast beef slices on plates, arrange salad leaves with strawberry slices, arrange the sprouts and seedlings and drizzle the salad with the salad dressing.
