4 Steelhead trout (with skin 140 g each)
2 Tomatoes
1 handful thyme
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsps olive oil
salt

Preparation steps

Rinse the fish and pat dry.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stalks and then cut into slices. Rinse the thyme and shake dry.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper.

Brush the fish with the remaining oil on the skin side and place on a hot grill pan. Season the meat with pepper, cover with the tomatoes and thyme and drizzle with the garlic oil. Place the lid on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and the tomatoes are hot.

Serve immediately.
