The radish ufos are the perfect children's snack for strong defences: radishes contain the sulphurous oil Raphanol. It has an antibiotic effect and can dissolve mucus in the airways.

The radish ufos not only taste great with crackers, but also with pumpernickel. This makes the snack even more satisfying. Herbal quark instead of cream cheese also provides variety.
