- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch Cress
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 80 grams Quark
- 40 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 tsp medium hot Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dice radishes. Peel garlic and press. Cut garden cress.

Mix sour cream with cottage cheese, yogurt and mustard and stir in radishes, garlic and garden cress.
3.
Season dip with salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve in small bowls.
