Colorful Raw Vegetables with Radish and Kefir Dip
Rinse and quarter peppers and remove seeds and ribs. Rinse and trim cucumber. Rinse endive and separate leaves from core. Cut peppers and cucumber in strips. Arrange vegetables on a platter.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan. Rinse, trim and grate radishes or cut into thin strips. Whisk kefir with creme fraiche and maple syrup and season with salt and pepper. Stir in sesame seeds and radishes. Serve vegetables with dip.
