Preparation steps

1.

Separate the leaves from the lettuces. Rinse, trim, and dry the lettuce. Tear into small pieces if necessary. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Peel the orange, being careful to remove the bitter white pith. Thinly slice the fruit. Reserve any juice thats created in a bowl. Mix the juice with the juice with the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the orange slices with the lettuces and onion in a bowl. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and garnish with the chopped chives.
