Ingredients

For serving

¼small Organic orange (about 125 grams)
⅛ cupsBeet juice
¾ tablespoonsCarrot juice
In addition: Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse orange with hot water and pat dry. With a vegetable peeler, remove peel in long strips.
2 Thinly slice orange peel. 
3 Halve and juice orange.
4 Combine orange juice, beet juice and carrot juice in a tall container and mix with an immersion blender. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in juice, and serve garnished with orange zest.
