- 500 grams Pumpkin (seedless)
- 500 grams potatoes
- 400 grams Smoked pork chop (boneless)
- 1 onion (cut lengthwise into strips)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 500 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme (chopped)
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) large cubes.

Cut pumpkin flesh into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes.
3.
Cut pork into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes.
4.
Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add potatoes, sauté briefly and add broth and thyme. Stir in mustard and paprika, cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Then add pork cubes and cook another 10 minutes. Finally, add the pumpkin cubes and simmer about 15 minutes.
