- 300 grams Pumpkin (seedless)
- 400 grams potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- 250 milliliters Beef broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 bay leaves
- apple cider vinegar (to taste)
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 4 slices Smoked pork chop (each 150 grams)
Preparation steps

Peel vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté onions in a saucepan in oil until soft, then add potatoes and pumpkin and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add broth and season with salt, pepper and bay leaves. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley. Finally, add the pork and cook until heated through.
