- 4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 2 tsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 bunch Watercress (leaves only)
- 1 red Bell pepper (seeds removed and cut into strips)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (seeds removed and cut into strips)
- To garnish
- 4 Lemon wedge
Preparation steps

Heat the grill.

Brush the chicken strips with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. The juices should run clear with no trace of pink.

Toss the watercress with the pepper strips and arrange on serving plates. Place the chicken on top and garnish with lemon wedges.
