1 Tbsp olive oil
1 bunch parsley
200 grams Goat cheese
salt
freshly ground peppers
450 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen, 10 square slices)
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Mix with finely chopped parsley and goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Thaw puff pastry squares. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread cheese filling on pastry squares. Fold into triangles and press the edges together firmly. Arrange on a baking sheet (at some distance from each other) and brush with milk and egg yolk mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
