200 grams Ground lamb
1 Tbsp chopped shallots
1 pressed garlic clove
1 egg yolk

1 Tbsp finely chopped Basil

2 plates Puff pastry dough
1 egg yolk
40 grams Goat cheese
1 Tbsp chopped Pine nuts
2 tsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

For the lamb skewers: Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the shallot and garlic, and cook until translucent. In a bowl, combine the lamb, shallot, garlic and basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide into 6 oblong portions and thread onto skewers. Cook on a hot grill until golden brown.

For the puff pastry: Thaw the puff pastry. Cut the sheets in half. Lay each on a work surface and brush with the egg yolk. Sprinkle the pine nuts, goat cheese and partley over top. Fold into a triangles and brush with the egg yolk.

Bake in a 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
