1 roll Puff pastry dough (about 275 grams or approximately 10 oz)
1 jar red Pesto (about 180 grams or approximately 6 oz)
60 grams grated Cheese (such as mozzarella or Emmental)

Preparation steps

Preheat the convection oven to 170°C (approximately 350°F).

Unroll the pastry and brush with pesto. Sprinkle the cheese on top, roll tightly and then cut into about 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) thick slices. Stick a wooden skewer into each roll, place on a lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
