Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Chop the walnuts and mix with the ricotta and sugar. Cut the figs crosswise and fill with the ricotta. Cut the slices of prosciutto in half and wrap each fig.

3.

Remove the leaves from the rosemary, keeping the leaves on the tip. Skewers 3 figs on each branch. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, broil for 5 minutes, and serve.
