1 Sieve, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Fine grater, 1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Casserole dish (ca. 1,5 l Inhalt), 1 Brush, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl

Preparation steps

1.

On a platter, prepare a bed of arugula.

Quarter the figs, wrap each one in a slice of prosciutto and place them on the arugula.

2.

Cube the mozzarella and arrange around the prosciutto wrapped figs on the platter.

3.
Add 2 - 3 drops of balsamic vinegar in the heart of each fig. Finish salad with a sprinkle of olive oil
