- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 10 garlic cloves
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 5 slices Prosciutto
- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 10 fresh oregano

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain completely in a colander under cold, running water.

Peel and finely chop garlic. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet and slowly fry garlic over low heat until browned. Crush the dried chile pepper. Melt butter in another pan and fry the prosciutto ham until crispy. Remove prosciutto and in the remaining butter fry tge breadcrumbs, stirring occasionally.

Mix pasta and crushed chile pepper to garlic oil and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
4.
Distribute pasta and fried garlic on plates, sprinkle with salt, breadcrumbs and oregano. Serve garnished with prosciutto ham.
