- 500 grams King prawn (ready to cook deveined and peeled)
- 2 Papaya
- 1 Pineapple
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 100 milliliters freshly squeezed Orange juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- salt

Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel the papaya, cut in half, remove the seeds, and dice. Peel the pineapple, quarter and core, and cut into cubes. Peel garlic and finely chop. Rinse the chile pepper, pat dry, halve, remove seeds and ribs if desired, and finely chop.

Sauté the prawns and chile peppers briefly in hot oil. Deglaze with the orange juice and add the fruit. Stir in the cornstarch and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse the mint, pat dry, pluck the leaves, and cut into fine strips. Season the shrimp mixture with sugar and salt. Sprinkle with mint and serve.
