- 5 cloves garlic cloves (coarsely chopped)
- 4 chili peppers (red and green, chopped)
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 ⅔ cups Prawn (ready to cook)
- 4 slices white Bread
- 2 Tbsps parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the garlic, chillies and oil together. Add the prawns and marinate for around 10 minutes.

Heat the grill. Bake the bread on a grill rack for 5-6 minutes until crispy on both sides.
3.
Fry the chilli prawns in a pan for 3-4 minutes and season with salt. Remove, sprinkle with parsley and serve on the toasted bread.
