Nutritional values

This classic ensures an ideal protein composition through a clever combination of potatoes and quark. The quark becomes wonderfully creamy thanks to the linseed oil. In addition, the nutty oil contains the highest proportion of alpha-linolenic acid among the vegetable oils. This omega-3 fatty acid helps to keep blood lipid values at a favourable level. And with the mineral water, the curd cheese also becomes nice and loose.

Are you bored of quark! Alternatively, you can add wild herbs and cress to the quark. Cucumbers and radishes also taste wonderful with it.
