1 Tbsp clarified butter
1 ½ liters Beef broth

1 bay leaf

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes. Cut all the vegetables into large cubes. Peel the onions and chop the bacon.

2.

In a large pot, heat the butter, bacon and onions. Fry the potatoes and vegetables. Add the broth and cream. Add spices and simmer covered for 30 minutes.

3.

Remove bay leaf and puree everything in the pot. Season with pepper. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, finely chop, and sprinkle over each serving.
