600 grams potatoes
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 onion
200 milliliters milk
salt
150 grams Cheese
1 Avocado

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel potatoes. Cut most of the potatoes into small cubes. Cut 1-2 potatoes into larger pieces.

Saute small potato cubes with chopped onion in oil.

3.

Add water until potatoes are well covered and bring to a boil. Leave for 10 minutes and then add remaining larger potatoes. Boil until small potatoes have dissolved, about 30 minutes. Add milk and salt.

4.

Cut avocado cut in half, removing pit, peel and slice.

5.

Cut cheese into small cubes and place in shallow bowls. Top with soup and garnish with avocado slices. Serve.
