- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 400 grams starchy potatoes
- 1 Tbsp butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ Beef broth
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Saute the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
4.
Saute the potatoes briefly. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Remove some of the potato cubes. Mash the remaining potato cubes, stir in the cream and readmit the remaining potato cubes. Season to taste and serve garnished with parsley.
