- 1 potato (about 80 grams)
- 4 ozs button Mushroom
- 1 oz lean Pork (such as cutlet or loin)
- 1 Tbsp Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil

Preparation steps
Peel potato and cut into small pieces.
Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into thin strips.
Bring potato and meat with 100 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) of water to a boil in a small pot. Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes; after 10 minutes, stir in the mushrooms.
Remove pot from the heat, add apple juice and puree with an immersion blender. Stir in the oil and allow to cool. Check temperature before feeding.
