- 800 grams potatoes
- 125 grams Bacon
- 2 Russet apples (each about 130 grams)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- butter (for the eamekins)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 300 grams Whipped cream
- 80 grams grated Cheese (such as Gruyère, Emmentaler)
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Curry powder
- 25 grams butter
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.
