Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and slice the potatoes. Blanch the potato slices in boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove the potatoes from the water, rinse in cold water and let drain on paper towels. Rinse the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin slices. Immerse the apples in salt water, so they do not turn brown. Let drain on paper towels.

Grease four ovenproof ramekins with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer the potato and apple slices in the ramekins and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Boil the cream and milk. Pour the cream over the ramekins. Sprinkle with parmesan and oregano. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
