1 kilogram fresh Spinach
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter
4 eggs
400 grams Quark
100 grams Whipped cream
3 small Tomatoes

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim spinach and place, dripping wet, in a large saucepan with a little boiling salted water and cook, stirring occasionally. Drain, rinse and allow to drain, squeeze well and chop coarsely. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Mix the eggs with cream, quark, spinach, onions and garlic and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Rinse and slice the tomatoes.

Peel potatoes and cut into thick slices. Brush a deep baking sheet with butter and arrange the potato slices on it. Spread the spinach mixture over the potatoes and top with tomato slices. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F) for about 35 minutes.
