- 800 grams potatoes
- salt
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams Processed cheese
- ½ tsp freshly chopped thyme
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- freshly ground peppers
- freshly grated Nutmeg
- 80 grams grated Cheese (such as Gouda)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and boil in salt water for 15 minutes.
2.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Mix the cream, processed cheese, herbs and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the potatoes and slice. Pour the potatoes into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with the cream mixture and grated cheese. Bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
