Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Peel, rinse and thinly slice the potatoes. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Rinse the thyme, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.

Mix the cream, garlic, thyme and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Layer the potatoes in a buttered baking dish and pour in the cream. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
