1 kilogram potatoes

200 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

250 grams Quark
8 slices Smoked salmon

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and coarsely grate potatoes. Whisk together eggs, sour cream, flour and parsley and add to potatoes. Season well. Grease a baking tray with 10 grams (approximately 3/4 tablespoon) of butter. Pour in potato mixture and flatten it. Top with remaining butter in small pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) on the second shelf from the bottom for approximately 40 minutes.

Mix creme fraiche, cottage cheese and dill and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut potato cake into pieces. Serve with cottage cheese and salmon slices.
