800 grams potatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp herbes de Provence (dried)
500 grams Ground meat
1 egg
1 tsp ground paprika
l Vegetable broth
salt
freshly ground peppers
butter (for the pan)

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and cook  in salted water for about 20 minutes, drain and peel, cut into slices. Peel garlic and squeeze through a press, mix with herbs and toss potatoes in the mixture. Peel onion and chop finely, mix with ground meat and egg, season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Butter shallow baking dish and spread ground meat mixture on the edges. Arrange potato slices, overlapping, in the middle and baste with vegetable broth. Bake in preheated oven at  200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
