- green and white Asparagus (300 grams)
- 600 grams potatoes
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 50 grams grated Parmesan
- freshly ground salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 5 slices cooked ham
- 5 slices Butter cheese

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the asparagus and cut off the ends. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Cook the asparagus in boiling salt water for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the potato slices. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.

Wrap 3-4 pieces of asparagus with ham and cheese and layer in a buttered baking dish. Between each, layer the potato slices.

Mix the cream, creme fraiche, white wine and parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the cream into the baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F), until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
