- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- grated Nutmeg

- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Put the potatoes in a pan and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. cook for 6 minutes, then drain and set aside to cool.

Peel the apples and grate them coarsely into a large bowl. Add the lemon juice and toss well to coat.

Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely into the bowl. Season with nutmeg and generously season with salt and pepper. Divide into 4-6 portions.

Heat some of the oil in a frying pan and fry the rosti 1 at a time. Cook until golden brown on the base, then turn over and cook the other side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and put in the oven to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining oil and potato mixture.
5.
Serve garnished with salad leaves.
