- 800 milliliters milk
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 150 grams Oats (tender)
- 200 grams fresh Strawberries
- 40 grams Pumpkin seed
- 4 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps
1.
Combine milk with vanilla sugar and oatmeal, bring to boil. Simmer, stirring frequently, for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
2.
Rinse and dry strawberries, hull and slice.
3.
Arrange porriddge on plates, top wtih strawberries and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with honey and serve.
