- 80 grams sweet and sour Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 600 grams Pork tenderloin (trimmed)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Mix chilli sauce with honey and vinegar. Rinse the pork, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Truss with kitchen twine. Brush with marinade and grill on a preheated grill or in a hot grill pan for about 15 minutes. Baste frequently with the marinade.
3.
Top the pork with remaining marinade, wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.
4.
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
