- 200 grams Basmati rice
- 500 grams Pork
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 yellow paprika
- 1 red paprika
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 bunch scallions
- Light soy sauce
- Chili sauce
Preparation steps
1.
Cook rice according to package specifications.

Cook pork in hot oil in a wok. Successively sauté peppers, scallions, ginger and garlic about 5 minutes, so that the meat is cooked and the vegetables still have bite. Season with soy and chile sauce to taste. Serve over rice.
