- 2 cups green Kale (shredded)

- 22 ozs pork fillets (cut into strips)
- 2 cups Baby corn
- 2 tsps Starch
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ⅞ cup chicken stock
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the kale in boiling, salted water for approx. 4-5 minutes, then drain and place immediately in iced water. Drain well and pat dry.

Add 2 Tablespoons of cold water to the starch and stir to a smooth paste. Put the soy sauce in a pan, together with the brown sugar, garlic powder, honey, and chicken stock and bring to the boil. Now pour in the starch and boil to a thickened sauce. Remove from the heat.
3.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan or wok. Fry the pork and the baby corns until lightly browned. Now add the kale and pour in the Teriyaki sauce. Stir and then serve immediately.
