Preparation steps

Preheat the grill. Season the meat with pepper, brush with some oil and place on the grill. Grill on each side for around 4 min.

To make the salsa, mix together the garlic, spring onions, apricots, lime juice and zest. Season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar. Serve the chops with the salsa.
