2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
100 milliliters Beef broth
half Organic orange
juice of lemons
2 Tbsps Ketchup
1 Tbsp spicy Mustard
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp ground paprika
1 Tbsp ginger (chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Place spareribs in a pot and pour boiling water over until ribs are covered.

Peel and halve onion. Add to meat together with a clove of garlic. Simmer for about 40 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Peel onion and dice, add to the pan. Add crushed garlic.

Add broth and orange juice. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Reduce.
