- For the ribs
- 2 Pork ribs
- 125 milliliters vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs
- For the dip
- 1 onion (chopped very finely)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed through the press)
- 10 Tbsps brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 10 Tbsps Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps mustard powder

Preparation steps

For the ribs: cut ribs into individual pieces (each about 3-4 ribs). Rinse and pat dry well. Peel and finely chop onion, chop herbs, and squeeze peeled garlic through a garlic press. Combine with remaining ingredients. Coat ribs with the marinade and let stand for about 2 hours. Grill on a hot grill for about 8-10 minutes per side, brushing with marinade often.

For the dip: combine all ingredients in a small saucepan with a thick bottom and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat, sirring occasionally. Serve ribs with the dip.
