- 2 kilograms Pork ribs
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 50 milliliters soy sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the ribs and pat dry. Precook, for 15 minutes in water. Mix the tomato paste with the five-spice powder, ginger, and soy sauce. Brush the ribs with the marinade and cook for 15-20 minutes on the grill, turning occasionally.

Serve, with ketchup if you wish.
