4 Tbsps vegetable oil
500 grams ground pork
2 eggs
2 onions
1 Red Bell pepper
1 green Bell pepper
4 tsps ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Slice rolls horizontally and hollow out slightly. Brush the inside of the rolls with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place hollowed-out bread in a food processor and process into breadcrumbs.

Place pork, eggs, parsley and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Peel the onions and dice. Rinse bell peppers, trim, cut into quarters, remove seeds, remove all white ribs and chop finely. Mix the onions and bell peppers with pork, season with salt, pepper and paprika and knead with hands until smooth.

Fill the rolls with the meat mixture, then put on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake on the center rack in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
