- 1 Pork tenderloin (750 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 150 grams green Bacon (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsps black caraway
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Rinse the pork, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a roasting pan and sear the pork on all sides. Remove and put aside.
3.
Lay the bacon slices side by side the length of the pork. Place the pork on bacon and roll. Lay pork in the roasting pan with the bacon ends tucked underneath and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove, let cool and cut into slices. To serve, place on a plate and sprinkle with the caraway seeds.
