- 3 Bell pepper (1 each red, green and yellow)
- 2 onions
- 12 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 chili peppers
- salt
- 4 Pork cutlets (each about 120 grams)
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions, halve lengthwise and cut into narrow wedges. Peel garlic and cut into slices.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Season with paprika and thyme and chile peppers crushed in a mortar. Saute for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt. Flatten cutlets slightly and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Heat remaining oil in a pan and cook cutlets for about 3 minutes per side. Arrange cutlets and peppers on plates and serve.
