- 8 small Pork cutlets (each about 140 grams)
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp Curry powder
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 50 milliliters sunflower oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chops and pat dry.

Peel garlic and cut in half. Stir with red pepper flakes, cumin, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and oil. Pour over chops, stir to coat and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Remove chops from marinade, season with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade while grilling. Serve warm.
