Preparation steps

1.

With a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the pork cutlets. Place a slice of cheese and ham in the pocket and enclose with wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil and butter in a pan and cook the cutlets over medium heat on each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices.
