4 Pork cutlets
1 red Bell pepper
100 grams Radish
100 grams Bean sprout
100 grams Snow peas
juice of Organic orange
1 Tbsp grainy Mustard
1 Tbsp soy sauce
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pepper, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and cut into strips.

2.

Rinse, trim and slice the radishes.

3.

Rinse and drain the bean sprouts.

4.

Rinse, trim and remove the strings from the snow peas.

5.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and saute the pork until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Keep warm.

6.

Heat the remaining oil in a wok or large skillet and saute the pepper strips about 5 minutes. Add the radish and snow peas and cook 2 minutes. Add the orange juice, mustard and soy sauce, stir until heated through, season with salt and pepper.

7.

Serve the chops with the vegetables on warmed plates. If desired,  serve with a green salad.
