200 milliliters Pomegranate juice
1 Lime
12 sheets gelatin
600 milliliters red Grape juice

Preparation steps

Halve and seed the pomegranate, reserving any juice created in a bowl. Heat the reserved juice with the pomegranate juice and 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water. Half the lime, squeeze the juice, and add to the pomegranate juice. Soften the gelatine in cold water. Squeeze the gelatin, add to the juice mixture, and stir until dissolved. Mix in the grape juice, then divide the mixture into four 250 ml (approximately 8 ounce) ramekins. Mix in half of the pomegranate juice, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Garnish the gelées with the remaining seeds before serving.
