500 grams Grapefruit (peeled, and pith removed)
80 grams sugar
3 Tbsps lemon juice
10 sheets white gelatin
500 milliliters Grapefruit juice

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix the grapefruit with sugar and lemon, and let stand for 1 hour. Puree through a sieve, saving the juice. Heat the dripping wet gelatin to dissolve, then mix with a little of the grapefruit sauce before stirring into grapefruit mixture.

Cool, stirring often, until the liquid begins to gel. Fill four ramekins with the mixture and chill for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
