- 1 orange Bell pepper (rinsed; trimmed and sliced into rings)
- 2 hard boiled eggs (peeled and sliced)
- 2 Radish (cleaned; trimmed and thinly sliced)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (rinsed and shaken dry)
- 4 slices crusty Bread (toasted)
- 2 Tbsps softened butter
- 8 slices deli Turkey
- 4 slices Alpine cheese
- 4 mini Bocconcini (drained)
- 8 pitted black olives (drained)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 ripe Avocados halved and pitted (optional)
- In Addition
- Condiments (of your choosing)

Preparation steps
1.
Spread one side of each toasted bread slice with butter. Arrange two slices of deli turkey on each bread slice, followed by a layer of cheese, pepper rings, egg slices, radish slices, parsley, mozzarella and olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2.
Serve with avocado and condiment of your choosing.
