1 orange Bell pepper (rinsed; trimmed and sliced into rings)
2 hard boiled eggs (peeled and sliced)
2 Radish (cleaned; trimmed and thinly sliced)
1 handful fresh parsley (rinsed and shaken dry)
4 slices crusty Bread (toasted)
2 Tbsps softened butter
8 slices deli Turkey
4 slices Alpine cheese
4 mini Bocconcini (drained)
8 pitted black olives (drained)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
2 ripe Avocados halved and pitted (optional)
In Addition
Condiments (of your choosing)

Preparation steps

1.
Spread one side of each toasted bread slice with butter. Arrange two slices of deli turkey on each bread slice, followed by a layer of cheese, pepper rings, egg slices, radish slices, parsley, mozzarella and olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with avocado and condiment of your choosing.
