Pita Sandwiches with Chicken Filling
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in hot oil on each side for about 4 minutes. Wrap in aluminum foil and allow to cool. Warm pita bread in the oven or toaster.
Cut lettuce into strips and distribute among pita breads. Spread with the cream cheese and sprouts. Finally, cut the chicken into slices and distribute among the sandwiches. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
